The Internet: Preparing us for the nuclear holocaust since 1995.

No rant this time, just a basic "what's up with Josh so you don't have to actually ask him" entry. I started school again this semester, for communications this time, and it's going pretty well. I only have two classes because I wanted to get my feet wet before jumping right back into it. I'd hate to waste money again on something I wasn't interested in. That, and my Dad's paying for it. So if I don't do well then it'll be up to me once again. And who knows when I'll be able to afford that. I've been laying low for a while because work's been so damn slow I can't even afford to leave the house outside going grocery shopping. They'll be picking up soon now that winter's almost over, so folks should soon be seeing me about again.

I hope to be doing Providence's Food Not Bombs again this year. I'd like to have another benefit show to raise awareness in early may. We bought all the supplies we need with last year's event, I'd just like people to come and sign up this year. We had a real hard time with getting volunteers in the past. Hopefully I can get the show in at AS220 instead of Firehouse 13 like last year. They charged us for a benefit show. I'd like to make it worth touring band's while.

Back on school again, I'm taking my second photography course this year during the summer. I'm hoping I can learn enough this time around to start my own photography gig in my spare time. And I've also been kicking around the idea of doing a zine for Providence. I think it's something the area needs and lacks and might make good material for a resume. I got the crazy idea of writing a rock opera yesterday as well. You know, like some crazy Meatloaf shit. But with punk and metal influences. Think of the "Dayman" musical from Always Sunny In Phillidelphia, but with giant Japanese monsters, tastey riffs, and a moral. I first got the idea some months ago when I first saw this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o44_NA3syKA If I do ever do it I don't think it would be around for some years since I don't really know the first thing about writing rock operas.

But anyway, I'm hopeing to get back an awesome tax return so I can pay off some of my debts and get my liscence back. I'd really like to have more good times this year, and being mobile will only up my chances. So that's about it. Catch you on the flip side.
